Mike Huckabee, Tour Guide

Mike Huckabeee is inviting "anyone interested in seeing the Holy Land" to travel with him to Israel this February. Huckabee drew some attention this week when he traveled to Israel, criticizing President Obama's stance on Israeli settlements. A trip runs $3,999 per person (hotel rooms for two people); they're organized through DuCar tours, and they don't appear to involve any donation to Huckabee's PAC (the registration form doesn't say anything about it). The ten-day trip will include visits to Biblical sites and a town-hall event with Israeli government officials, plus some conservative perspective on U.S./Israeli ties from Huckabee himself, presumably free of charge.
Here's how Huckabee describes it in an email to supporters:

This February I am headed back again [with] my wife Janet, Mat Staver of the Liberty Counsel and Congressman Bob McEwen and anyone interested in seeing the Holy Land. This will be one of the most unique trips I have ever put together as it will not only include the biblical points of interests, but it also will provide a unique insight on the political and governmental aspects of the State of Israel, including an international town hall with government officials from Israel.

Who better to travel with than a minister who can relate the stories of the Old Testament and dish on Obama's foreign policy stances as a potential 2012 presidential candidate? It might even be better than a Birthright trip. Space is limited.
