In the nation's
second political killing in two days, an Arkansas man upset with the U.S. military shot and killed an army recruiter, and wounded another, in Little Rock yesterday. In a recent
report, the Council on Foreign Relations cautioned that homegrown radicalism is particularly difficult for law enforcement officials because it's hard to anticipate the motives and actions of a homegrown terrorist; authorities are still investigating this suspect's motives, but they are thought to be "political and religious," according to
CNN.
