roundup of public opinion on the Supreme Court which shows that a plurality of people like the Court fine as is, but the number of people who think it's too conservative is substantially larger than the number of people who think it's too liberal.
Conservatives seem convinced that
vacuous posturing against "judicial activism" is a winning issue, but I'm not sure there's much data to back that up.
