Video of the Day: Everything Mitt Romney Likes, Autotuned

The crew behind Auto-Tune the News provides a handy guide to what the presumptive Republican nominee likes, and what he doesn't (vampires).

Regular readers of this channel will know that we are great fans of mash-up videos that make it seem like Mitt Romney is rapping -- especially the epic "Will the Mitt Romney Please Stand Up?," in which the presumptive Republican nominee's words were spliced together with a song by another son of Detroit, Eminem.

That video may have finally met its match, though. The New York Times today features a video by the Gregory Brothers, a Brooklyn-based soul group better known for their Auto-Tune the News series. It's truly a brilliant mash-up, and the Gray Lady deserves much credit for embracing Internet memery. But the Gregory Brothers owe much to David Letterman, who somehow convinced Romney to say, "What's up, gangstas? It's the M-I-Double-Tizzle," thus providing a stellar opening line for this video.

The Times also provided a helpful lyric sheet along with citations to the sources via link.
