Weiner Can't Say 'With Certitude' If That's Him in the Photo

Rep. Anthony Weiner tells NBC's Luke Russert that he can't say "with certitude" if the lewd photo tweeted from his Twitter account is indeed a photograph of him -- though he does say flatly that he did not tweet it:

The Atlantic Wire's Ujala Sehgal recapped the beginnings of this mini-scandal on Monday. Today's interview comes after Weiner clashed with reporters on Capitol Hill Tuesday, refusing to say plainly whether he tweeted the photo.
