Former president George W. Bush has kept a pretty low profile since leaving office. Now he's returned to the public eye in a low-key way that that even Michelle Obama would love, joining Lance Armstrong and 14 wounded veterans last week for a 100-kilometer mountain-bike ride through the ruggedly beautiful Big Bend National Park in Texas.

The ride, dubbed the Warrior 100K, was the first event put on by the Social Enterprise Initiative of the George W. Bush Presidential Center.
