The Daily Show on Obama's 'Unconstitutional War'

Daily Show host Jon Stewart and correspondent Aasif Mandvi mock President Obama for authorizing airstrikes in Libya without seeking a congressional vote.

The kicker they deliver: a quote from Obama as a senator. "The president does not have power under the constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation."
