Virginia Commonwealth University coach Shaka Smart is the toast of the college basketball world, as VCU has become one of the few 11-seeded teams in history to advance to the Final Four in the NCAA men's basketball tournament.

Here, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) welcomes Smart back to Richmond after VCU defeated Kansas on Sunday. VCU's campus is located just outside Cantor's 7th congressional district.
