Orioles Recognize Obama Presidency

After the Baltimore Orioles' designated hitter Luke Scott outed himself as a rabid birther, the ball club has gone into damage control mode with this statement

"Luke Scott's comments do not reflect the opinion of the Baltimore Orioles organization.  The fact is that Barack Obama is our President, duly elected by the people of the United States.  End of story."
"Duly elected" is a good start. But the statement stops short of saying "born in this country." Hmmm. Wiggle room?
