Barney Frank: Gays 'Don't Get Dry Cleaned'

More

In case you missed it, Nicholas Ballasy of CNSNews.com on Tuesday asked Rep. Barney Frank about concerns that in a post-"Don't Ask, Don't Tell" world straight members of the armed forces would be "showering with homosexuals."

In a response truly worthy of the viral hit it's become, Frank gasped in mock horror at the idea in a video released by CNS. The Massachusetts congressman then called it a silly issue. But his best line came at the end.

"It is a complete nonissue," he told Ballasy, adding: "We don't get ourselves dry-cleaned. We tend to take showers."
