Christine O'Donnell is the best kind of fringe candidate--the kind with a history of random, long-ago television appearances. A clip of her talking about, um, "self gratification" on MTV is all over CNN right now. My college buddy swears she used to be a regular guest on "Politically Incorrect" with Bill Maher.
