Hotline OnCall's Jeremy Jacobs catches a new TV ad from Wisconsin Republican gubernatorial candidate, in which Walker sort of debates President Obama, splicing presidential speech footage in with his own criticisms.

As Jacobs notes, Walker approaches Obama in the same way Democratic candidates approached President Bush in previous election cycles, running squarely against the Democratic president in what could be the most directly anti-Obama TV ad any candidate for high-profile office has run so far this year.
