House Race Rankings: Dems Playing Defense

Hotline OnCall has updated House race rankings from resident race-ranker Tim Sahd. There were a few shifts from the last round of rankings, but one thing is plainly evident near the top of the list: Democrats are defending their own seats in a vast majority--8 out of 10--of the most competitive races at this point in the election cycle.
