A Snub To China?

President Obama met with the Dalai Lama today at the White House, and China isn't happy about it. Obama was careful to travel to China and meet with Chinese President Hu Jintao before meeting with the Dalai Lama, despite the opportunity, but The Atlantic Wire's Max Fisher reports that commentators are talking about how Obama can minimize (and already has tried to minimize) the perceived offense to China's government in sitting down with the spiritual leader.
