Edward Tenner, at his Atlantic Correspondents' blog, notes an academic wrinkle in the Massachusetts Senate election results: it might subvert (well, to some degree) conservatives' complaint that universities are breeding grounds for liberal indoctrination, with tenured professors who hold mostly liberal political views. Republican Scott Brown, Tenner notes, went to Tufts, one of America's most politically liberal colleges.
