Another MA Republican In DC

Scott Brown is in DC as Massachusetts' newest senator, but another Republican from the Bay State is here, too: Hotline OnCall reports that businessman Jon Golnik is meeting with NRCC staff in DC today as he starts a run at Democratic Rep. Niki Tsongas (D), who won handily in 2008 (with 99 percent of the vote), but who faced a tough-for-pre-Brown-Massachusetts-standards race to get to Congress in the first place, defeating Republican Jim Ogonowski 51 percent to 45 percent in a special election in October 2007.
