It's not a huge change, but Quinnipiac now puts Pat Toomey ahead of Arlen Specter, 43 percent to 42 percent. In May, when he flipped parties, Specter was up by 20 percentage points.

The poll also finds Obama's approval/disapproval at its worst ever in Pennsylvania, 49 percent approval, 42 percent disapproval...
