Today, we learned that Newt Gingrich has explain-ogized his comments about Sonia Sotomayor; President Obama supports Medicare cost-cutting with more teeth; Nancy Pelosi asked the GAO to investigate the GPO; you can follow Obama's trip on Twitter; and a rumor floated in Cairo that Obama had caused a mosque to close.
We also mused on Obama's invitation of 10 Muslim Brotherhood members to his speech; the differences between the Supreme Court and an eviction court; Mitt Romney's future (or lack thereof) at GM; the implications of Obama's speech to the Muslim world; Obama's Muslim-world news cycle; American "weakness" and the "humiliation" doctrine of Obama; and how the Israel lobby wants Obama to negotiate peace.
