Correction: Kenneth Baer Never On Bill Maher

Kenneth Baer is actually the communications director for the Office of Management and Budget, not a former CIA agent, and was not on Bill Maher's show. It was Bob Baer, an actual former intelligence officer, who discussed interrogations with Maher in April.
