Hillary Clinton's not being vetted "as far as" Howard Wolfson knows.

Chris Dodd is.

Gov. Tim Pawlenty denies my report that he's made to a shorter list of McCain possibilities and that vetting on him has begun. Well, here's the thing: Pawlenty might not be at the stage where he's turning over documents, but that will change, soon. Don't mean to get all Michel Foucault on everyone, but the vetting process is both active and passive; at some point soon, unless Pawlenty drops out unilaterally, he'll be asked for documents. Same with Mitt Romney. I stand by my reporting.
