New Obama Ad On Loose Nukes

It's called America's Leadership. It brags about how Obama worked with Sen. Richard Lugar (R-IN) and "passed a law" to secure loose conventional weapons and nukes. The ad shows pictures of Obama at an abandoned chemical weapons stockpile in the Ukraine.
