Richardson Moves Nevada Staff To Iowa

About 10 Bill Richardson campaign staffers in Nevada will move to Iowa for the duration of the campaign. They'll recieve caucus training soon, a campaign spokesman says.
But the campaign is also adding staffers to Nevada, so the total number of staff there will remain relatively constant.
