Washington, D.C. (May 14, 2014)—Marc Andreessen, partner and co-founder of the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, will sit down with Atlantic President and Editor-in-Chief James Bennet for an “Atlantic Exchange” discussion on Monday, May 19. The interview will take place at the offices of D.C. start-up incubator 1776.
Andreessen co-authored Mosaic, the first widely-used web browser that brought the Internet to millions; he later co-founded Netscape and took the company public, and then Loudcloud. Andreessen Horowitz has invested in companies like Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, GitHub and Airbnb.
