Gratitude

I just want to acknowledge everyone who complimented me on the weight-loss yesterday. I've been working on his since 2003 (Gone down from 298 to 217.) It has been war.

I probably should not care what other people think. I got into this for self--one day I noticed my legs hurt when I stood longer than five minutes. But I am human, and I do appreciate it, and it does feel good.

Not much farther now (Another 15 pounds maybe?) But all the way I'll be thinking of your kind words. They are appreciated.
