“Do not come to Europe”: That’s the message from Donald Tusk, the president of the European Council, to illegal economic migrants. Europe is struggling with formulating a unified refugee policy. Tusk’s call was not directed at asylum-seekers from places such as Syria and Iraq.

A trove of baseball cards: Seven extremely rare baseball cards of Ty Cobb, the Tigers great, were recently discovered in an attic, a find potentially worth more than a million dollars.
