Scalia to lie in repose today: The late justice’s casket will lie in the U.S. Supreme Court’s Great Hall. The public can pay their respects from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Scalia’s funeral is set for tomorrow.

Trial of officers delayed in Freddie Gray case: The Court of Appeals, Maryland’s highest court, agreed to halt trial proceedings against the Baltimore police officers while it considers whether one of the officers can be compelled to testify against the others. Gray, 25, died in April 2015 after he was fatally injured while in police custody.

Brexit meeting: The British prime minister is meeting with his counterparts in the EU over securing better terms for keeping the U.K. in the bloc. David Cameron said there had been some progress after all-night talks, though there was still no deal. Cameron hopes to secure an agreement that he can put to a referendum  in June on his country’s continued EU membership.
