Back in business: The Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood where a man shot and killed three people in November has reopened, The Gazette reported. The clinic has a full schedule of appointments this week, for services including abortions, which shooter Robert Lewis Dear had cited as part of his motivation for the shooting.

Earthquake hits: A 6.2-magnitude quake was recorded off the coast of New Zealand, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. There was no immediate warning of a tsunami, and no reports of injuries or damage.
