Wall Street may be having a rough week, but there's clear progress happening underneath New York's financial institutions
The development of the yards has been sluggish. But controversies aside, carving massive tunnels underneath one of the world's largest cities is an extreme feat of engineering. The MTA is expanding other parts of the rail system as well, including a Grand Central Station terminus for the Long Island Rail Road.
