"For many Atlanta residents, there is a rivalry between those living Inside the Perimeter (ITP) and those living Outside the Perimeter (OTP). This particular shot was taken at sunset in Smyrna, Georgia, or OTP, in a part of town that is pretty much strip malls, planned neighborhoods and lots and lots of roads, but a slice of serenity can be found at this private lake."
