Mark Penn is global CEO of the public relations company Burson-Marsteller and CEO of the polling firm Penn Schoen Berland and Associates. He served as a White House pollster for Bill Clinton and was a key adviser in his 1996 re-election campaign. He is the author of Microtrends: The Small Forces Behind Tomorrow’s Big Changes.
