Wootan is the Director of Nutrition Policy at the Center for Science in the Public Interest, a nonprofit health organization that specializes in food and nutrition issues. Ludwig is Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and director of the New Balance Foundation Obesity Prevention Center at Children's Hospital Boston.
