T&E Meats is a small USDA-inspected abattoir and meat processing facility, as well as a purveyor of wholesale and retail meats. Joe is also part owner of Greenmont Farm in Fishersville, VA, a 450-acre family farm raising grass-fed beef, pastured pork, and dairy cows to produce raw milk.
