China Claims Power to Make Rain Using Missiles

In March, we brought you the story of Cambodian rain gambling. Today, CNN reports that China says it has figured out a way to cheat the system using missiles. The process, called "seeding," shoots silver iodide into the clouds, allegedly making them produce rain. Chinese State TV claims the system worked in the drought-stricken province of Hubei.
