Yesterday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center pinpointed the Atlantic Ocean's latest tropical storm, Hurricane Igor, at about 710 miles east of the northern Leeward Islands. It may reach Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. With winds blowing at a maximum of 135 miles per hour, Igor is a category four hurricane. NASA snapped this image with a Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer.

Behind Igor is Julia.
