Kudos to the assorted luminaries who participated in the Atlantic Israel-Iran debate, and special praise and thanks to J.J. Gould, the deputy editor of TheAtlantic.com, who pulled together this rather unwieldy undertaking with energy, good humor and all-around aplomb. I was hoping -- as I had promised Mr. Fallows -- to write a general round-up and analysis of the vastly differing opinions expressed in this forum, but I'm leaving on a sudden assignment, so the big summary post will have to wait until at least next week. Until then, Goldblog is closed for business, but might I suggest you turn to The Atlantic and TheAtlantic.com for all your shopping needs?
