Greetings from the back corner of the Prince George Ballroom in New York City, where TEDx Manhattan 2011, "Changing the way we eat," is underway. An all-star roster of food activists, chefs, urban planners, designers, journalists, and other thinkers on food and food systems—including the starriest of them all, Atlantic Food Channel contributors Josh Viertel and Michel Nischan—are speaking today until about 6:00 PM.
