It has been quiet on our food tour as of late, and apologies for that. We are taking some time to enjoy the Rockies and rough it a bit in the great outdoors. This means very little (if any) Internet access through the end of August, so posting will continue to be light. But we still need your help on finding the country's culinary best along the way.

Over the next few days, we'll be passing through Montana, stopping in Bozeman, Butte, and Missoula. And after that, a trek north to Canada, through Calgary, then to Banff and Jasper, then west to Vancouver. As you can tell, this part of the country is a bit of a bare spot on our food tour map at this point. But with your suggestions, I'm sure we'll find great things. It need not necessarily be a restaurant, as we're searching for all things good in the world of food and drink, like bakeries, cheeseshops, breweries, and the like. So feel free to leave your favorites of the Northwest in the comments below.
