The sandwich tunisien is to Tunisia what the po' boy is to New Orleans--you can find it just about anywhere. The basic ingredients of the sandwich are tuna and harissa, but it's the vegetables you add that truly make it great. Consider capers, chopped onions, olives, and the secret ingredient--preserved lemon. Learn more here.
