Some 13 months later he settled in Austin, where he is now learning the art of Texas barbecue and writing about food and film. 

Cincinnati: Just One Bowl of Chili, Please

What to do with a few days in Cincinnati? There's chili, to be sure, but I also hear good things about Graeter's ice cream and whispers that there may be some decent barbecue in town, so please add any Cincinnati suggestions in the comments below.

And knowing me, I can probably only fit in one chili meal while here anyways, so herewith a poll on the best place to have just one bowl. As usual, feel free to comment on your vote, and if we missed a place just do a write-in in the "Other" section:
