Mark Zuckerberg on The Social Network's Biggest Flaw

It's no secret that the The Social Network plays fast and loose with the facts of Facebook's founding. Aaron Sorkin was up-front about where his allegiances lay when he was writing the movie's screenplay: "I don't want my fidelity to be to the truth; I want it to be to story-telling," he told New York Magazine.

So how does Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg feel about film's not-entirely-accurate portrayal of his life? At a Y-Combinator event over the weekend, he told an interviewer that his biggest problem with the movie was its explanation of his motivations for starting the website. The Social Network makes it look like he built the site to get back at an old girlfriend and to achieve a greater social standing at Harvard. The truth, according to Zuckerberg? He just likes building things:
