Sarah Palin may be the most famous Alaskan in America right now, but in the '90s another woman was the Last Frontier's best-known resident: Jewel. Today on Funny or Die, the singer/songwriter/poetess/former truck-dweller reveals a little known fact about her past with Palin: they were once in a band together. Watch her describe how they got together (at a gig at The Crab n Coffee), what their band name was (Sarah Barracuda and The Jewel), and what they looked like when they performed (thanks to some very impressive video editing):
