"Where Have all the Cowboys Gone" opens with a reference to the car—"Oh you get me ready in your '56 Chevy/Why don't we go sit down in the shade?"—and then brings it up again later when the couple in the song is having financial trouble: "We finally sold the Chevy/When we had another baby/And you took that job in Tennessee."
We regret the oversight.
