Laurie Strongin has written a wonderful book about the vibrant life of her son, Henry, who died seven years ago, at the age of seven, of Fanconi anemia. Saving Henry is a marvelously told tale of love triumphant. Parents often say they would do anything for their children. This is the story of a couple that actually did.
If the previous paragraph read like a blurb, that's because it is my blurb for her book. Saving Henry is as good as the blurb suggests. I'll post more on this in the coming days.
