Last year, Lindsay Lohan's splashy return to film, The Canyons, was rejected from Sundance, but that didn't keep her away from the festival this year, where she held a press conference to announce a new movie project. No, it's not a Life-Size sequel.
BuzzFeed's Erin La Rosa reported from a "locked down" space, that Lohan appeared with producer Randall Emmett—of End of Watch and Lone Survivor—to announce that she'd be working on a film called Inconceivable, described as a movie about a girl who creates "silent chaos." That obviously is different from Lohan's life as someone who creates a ton of really loud chaos.
Sadly, for Lohan, despite her best intentions, her announcement didn't seem to create much of a stir. Perhaps she'll get more attention if she casts Jessica Lange, as she apparently wants. Though it's likely the mention of Lange's name will only lead to dozens of American Horror Story: Lohan jokes and not much else.
Lohan, for what its worth, drew attention for other antics as well when at the festival, The Daily Mail highlighted her TAO clubbing.
