Track of the Day: 'Man Made'

More

Past TracksIn interviews, Clock Opera's Guy Connelly has noted that he's put together a real band over the past year, so his ornate synth arrangements won't be the only element on display when the debut Clock Opera album appears. If "Man Made" is anything to go by, the enhanced Clock Opera cranks out a much bigger sound. Connelly's synths still twinkle, but the guitar and rhythm section almost drown them out once they appear. The drums are especially present, and forward in the mix. With multi-tracked vocals in the chorus, it's one big, carefully constructed chef's salad of a tune.
