In yesterday's Tebow thread edawg was nice enough to link the radio call of Denver's game-winning touchdown. Like a lot of football fans, I enjoy the radio call on a visceral level. There's something about word choice--you're hearing the lizard brain of men speak. Listened as the broadcaster while enumerating facts throws in the odd "Here we go!" Or consider Paul Allen screaming "Oh my heavens!" after watching Brett Favre heave a touchdown. Or (sorry Viking fans) consider the great elbow Allen threw at the motor city after watching Favre throw a season-ending pick--"This is not Detroit, this is the Super Bowl!"
