Willow Smith Releases 'Whip My Hair' Follow-Up

Willow Smith, of "Whip My Hair" fame, released her second single today, "21st Century Girl." Born in 2000, Willow is a true 21st century girl. So, at least the song comes from a genuine place.

We don't quite think it measures up to her debut track, but give the song a listen and decide for yourself:
