Snooki on the Politics of Being a Guidette

Meghan McCain, daughter of U.S. Senator/2008 presidential candidate John McCain, recently interviewed Jersey Shore reality TV star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi for The Daily Beast. In their conversation, which Gawker jokingly calls "the Frost-Nixon of our time," the two discuss why the MTV show is so popular, how The Situation ranks as a kisser, and the tanning tax. But the best part of the interview, by far, is this:

I don't really know a lot about politics. I only know politics about, like, you know, tanning and being a Guidette. So when I saw it was Obama and McCain, to be honest with you, the only reason why I voted for your father was because he was really cute and I liked when he did his speeches.
