Born in 1975, the product of two beautiful parents. Raised in West Baltimore—not quite The Wire, but sometimes ill all the same. Studied at the Mecca for some years in the mid-’90s. Emerged with a purpose, if not a degree. Slowly migrated up the East Coast with a baby and my beloved, until I reached the shores of Harlem. Wrote some stuff along the way.

Cause I blow my smoke in the air, as if no one is standing there...

Love that hook. But I was pretty "meh" when I heard this, but I can't get out of my head. It's really pleasing to see Big Boi have this second act. More precisely, it's really pleasing to see how he's grown as an artist in the almost 20 years (!!!) since Outkast premiered. I'm gonna catch some heat on this one, but as of right now, Kast got the crown. No group in hip-hop has ever done it better.
