Here we go folks. A couple thoughts:
1.) I hope Kurt Warner makes the Hall of Fame. He really deserves it.
2.) I'm glad to hear that Ed Reed is thinking about retirement. Glad in the sense that it shows he has some sense of his life after football. Safety is hard position for the Hall of Fame. Was Ronnie Lott the last one? But Reed has been beast. Been a long time since I've seen a safety cover ground the way he does.
3.) I don't know that Peyton Manning is the greatest of all time. But I think he's very close to the greatest I've seen in my lifetime. Just my opinion. It's very hard for one player to dominate in football. Peyton Manning came really close yesterday. I didn't see a lot of blown coverages, just a lot of perfectly thrown balls.
